Webster County's Rally Education Advocacy Team Action Groups
These are community groups, and all are invited to join!
- Providence: This group piloted a mentoring program September 16 at Providence Elementary through which community volunteers will be working with first graders one-on-one with "fry words." This initiative is aimed at helping students read on grade level and view reading as an enjoyable activity. Contact Tony or Loretta Felker to volunteer.
- Dixon: This group plans to implement a tutoring program at Dixon Elementary and Webster County High School. The group is currently looking for volunteers in all study areas, especially math. Mentors will be provided materials to work with students. Contact Paul Westerman at 639.5568 or

- Sebree: Mike Walker is collaborating with Sebree Elementary Principal Dave Rupsch for a "Safe Routes to School" program, which will provide safe biking and walking paths near Sebree Elementary. Contact
